We accept refund or exchange requests only for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

• Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective).

• Accessories, cables, and batteries once opened.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

• In case of exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost (for approved claims).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount (unless the product was defective or sent in error).
